Dr Eve Leung Phd, MMus, BA (London) Has over 10 years experience in International Students Affairs. Born in Hong Kong and studied in UK after her HKCEE exams, and spent 2 years in a boarding school in Surrey. She understands the study life in a traditional UK boarding school in first hand experience. After successfully completed her A-Levels, she went on and study in School of Oriental and African Studies, a small and unique research focus institution in University of London, ranked top 10 in all Universities League tables, specialising in ethnomusicology. During her time in SOAS, she was elected to become the President of the Students Union, and the International Students Office for SOAS, University of London Union and the first National Executive of the National Union of Students. She was proud to be one of the first Chinese to be elected in this position. At the same time, she was recruited to work for University of Greenwich as their International Students Advisor between 2003-2007. She dedicated her time in improving International Students welfare, working in the Medway and Greenwich campus, and push forward changes to help to improve students life. Eve is trained in OISC Level 1 and Level 2 Immigration advice, Criminal Record Bureau checked every 2 years. |
